Well, today, 840401, this is at last the Socialist Union of Soviet Republics joining the Usenet network and saying hallo to everybody.

One reason for us to join this network has been to have a means of having an open discussion forum with the American and European people and making clear to them our strong efforts towards attaining peaceful coexistence between the people of the Soviet Union and those of the United States and Europe.

We have been informed that on this network many people have given strong anti-Russian opinions, but we believe they have been misguided by their leaders, especially the American administration, who is seeking for war and domination of the world. By well informing those people from our side we hope to have a possibility to make clear to them our intentions and ideas.

Seguindo a lógica atual de webiwg/webiwg-issues#6, e assumindo que pelo menos eu acredito que isso é pertinente, se um de vocês acreditarem que é, assumindo que temos já definido o tradutor e revisor, eu recomendo que um de vocês faça o seguinte aqui:

  1. remova traducao-bloqueado:1-pertinencia
  2. adicione traducao-liberado:4-resp-traducao
  3. adicione traducao-liberado:4-resp-revisao
  4. adicione traducao-bloqueado:3-preparacao

Isso significaria que o texto é pertinente, que temos tradutor e revisor já definidos, e tudo que falta para iniciar o processo é o documento original ser obtido da fonte, decidido a URL que deve ficar, preparado para ter documento original e traduzido.

Neste caso específico, como é um texto pequeno, eu recomendaria que tanto o original como o final estivessem adicionados aos repositórios e visíveis ao publico.

Tenho novidades, pessoal. Isso não significa que não deve ser traduzida, porque ainda assim tem carater histórico porque esse é, possivelmente, um dos primeiro hoax da história, conforme http://www.newsweek.com/april-fools-day-april-fools-kremvax-kremlin-soviet-union-usenet-piet-beertema-318451.

Tem várias passagens no #5 que são mensagens do dia primeiro de abril. Reparem que até o texto original que coloquei diz claramente a data: Posted: Sun Apr 1 11:02:52 1984

@Darkmasterpa @Dkmister adicionei no repositório em registros/email/1984-04-01_kremvax-anuncia-conectividade-da-urss-para-usenet/index.md pra liberar a tradução de vocês e não ficarem dependendo dos outros.

Esse caminho potencialmente vai mudar mais tarde, mas é uma discussão que vou ver com o @tassoevan pra escalar melhor a organização de como os arquivos ficam arquivados

@Dkmister a home agora tem link pra versão RC. Pelo que estou vendo não foi colocado quem é o tradutor e o revisor. Se quiser eu faço isso na etapa de revisão.

Pode me passar o nome do @Darkmasterpa e pra qual site a gente aponde ao clicar no nome? Se ele não tiver algo, nem mesmo uma conta do Twitter, a gente pode deixar apontando pra home da WebIWG mesmo.
