User can:

[x] Set which rooms they want to follow (UI: http://evt.dispeak.com/dispeak/asap/test2/Rooms1.htm).
[x] Set phone number.
[x] Set if they want to receive an SMS if there is no connection (UI: http://evt.dispeak.com/dispeak/asap/test2/Profile1.htm).
[x] Set which groups they want notifications from. (UI: http://evt.dispeak.com/dispeak/asap/test2/Groups1.htm)

It is implemented for the user only, meaning the schema etc is done, but not reflected elsewhere. Since it's ok, I'll do that now.
