Saving theme settings in another lang saves the i18n props to the file as this lang #8

Same bug probably applies to plugin settings

Actually this is not so much a bug as long as the default language file is supplied. Eg this only is a problem when the user first sets another language (eg. Russian), then wants to revert to the default, but the default lang is missing. Can be corrected by simply making GS Custom Settings default to the original settings file for strings. Planned for v0.6
