Fix joblistings always available despite having set a custom date #3530

Fixes the joblisting available from issue. Going to the link directly will now also give a 404 to other users except the creator. If it's past the date you can still see it.

ABA-651 Joblistings open at wrong date

As notified by mail from Åsne in webkom, there is a bug where joblistings always open immidiately regardless of the "synlig fra" date entered.
