Further flags on custom phpunit, phpstan and phpunit-coverage commands are being ignored #145

If we run something like ddev phpunit /var/www/html/web/modules/custom/photoswipe/tests/src/FunctionalJavascript/PhotoswipeJsMiscTest.php --filter=testSettingsApplyInJs, the --filter option is being ignored.
