Added Meteor.js #7

Meteor.js is a pretty awesome toolkit that I've been messing around with recently. It's definitely worth adding!

I was looking and doesn't look like Meteor build native Apps. Is there a place where they say they build native Apps IOs or Android? @AndreiBarsan

Check out this step of their tutorial: Running your app on Android or iOS. Meteor is capable of running your app as a native Android or iOS app with very minor (if any) adaptations.
