In response to a comment from @michael-n-cooper, and discussion in Issue #15 , I've added some specific language around characteristics that should be protected under the diversity value and fairness and bias principle (and elsewhere).
For the diversity value, I've added "identity" to the characteristics.
For the fairness principle, I've added characteristics suggested by michael from CEPC:
"This includes but is not limited to bias based on gender, gender identity and gender expression, sexual orientation, disability (both visible and invisible), mental health, neurotype, physical appearance, body, age, race, socio-economic status, ethnicity, caste, nationality, language, or religion."
