[x] Presets XML is bundled with app
[x] Convert preset presetname input.file output.file
[x] Preset validates extension
[x] preset validates {input} and {output} presence in command
[x] presets are commented with bundled presets
[x] Preset only contains arguments, no ffmpeg path is encoded
