Read command

[ ] tags read [folder name]
[ ] Reads tags of files in the folder into a csv file
[ ] First column is file name
[ ] folder name is optional, if not specified current folder is used
[ ] generated csv has name tags.csv

Write command

[ ] tags apply [folder name]
[ ] Applies tags from csv data
