Adds cookie consent manager support

Hello @hlohaus , thank you for your contribution and sorry for the delayed response.

We've reviewed your change request and merged it. Sadly we detected a small issue afterwards that needs to be fixed before we'll create a new release for the plugin.

I'll keep you updated.
