Simonz change to browsermob proxy handler #106

It did look promising, but tests are taking twice as long and they finish with errors.

So I closed it for now, maybe we have to do more extensive testing on it.

Weird. Why would tests take longer because of this? Seems unlikely.

I tried the same test a couple of times, with and without this change. There was a difference in time and bmp threw some errors when this code was enabled
