Sometimes Rikaikun does not work #77

Sometimes Rikaikun is not showing any translation at all. For example, try to
read the last paragraph of this article:

http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20120522-00000307-yom-soci

This happens not often but regularly.

I'm sorry. It seems the link you provided no longer exists. If this problem is
still occurring, you might want to find another link that demonstrates the
problem.

Is the problem that it is displaying kanji information instead of word/phrase
definitions? I'm not sure but I presume it does this when a word/phrase is not
present in Rikaikun's dictionary.

But that might not be what you're talking about. Since the link doesn't work, I
was just guessing.

I'm having the same issue. It suddenly stopped displaying definitions for
anything, only kanji readings. Again, this is not limited to unusual words not
in the dictionary, it's any basic word whatsoever. can't seem to find a fix
online. rebooting doesn't work.

Hi,

You're saying it stopped displaying definitions for anything? So you mean on
*every* page you don't get any definitions?

What if you press enter or space (to cycle through dictioaries).

Can you open the js console and see if there are any errors there?

Are your definitions turned off? hover over something and press D.
