Resolve datatables issue with Social Providers data #1

socialProvider relationship of LogUser model is causing datatables-laravel errors.

Possibly related to common tables issue since table name is using .

Removed social_providers from common.

Still need to:

[x] Finish tidying up display of slug'ed fields
[x] Modify UserLogDataTable to reflect changes made in db schema
[x] Rename UserSocialProvider to SocialProvider to avoid confusion? (will also need to change route binding, etc.)
