Bump to pick up v1.1.1 of PDF.js #143

Advance to latest release version of PDF.js 1.1.1 (March 17) vs the existing support for 1.0.1040 (January 3).

Oh, nice, that was not yet the latest on the last release of ViewerJS. Would only update after giving it some testing, but guess you already did a little, so am fine with bumping the version already now in the repo, and doing some testing ourselves whenever we find time before the next official release of ViewerJS. Not sure when that release will happen, but should be somewhen before end of May.
