Add ViewerJS to packagist.org #157

Hi Marc. We gladly would like to add a composer.json file, especially as we have a special release repo of ViewerJS for dependency/package managers here: https://github.com/kogmbh/ViewerJS_release.

Just, there is still the problem that Packagist has no proper support for frontend-only packages. At least last time I checked there is no standard value that could be used for the type entry in the composer.json. Looking around it seemed that 3rd-party https://github.com/RobLoach/component-installer is quite popular for frontend-only things with Composer. But noone ever could confirm that this extra dependency is spread enough. So until someone can tell us how JavaScript-only packages (so no PHP included) can be supported with Packagist, there is nothing we can do here.
