I am unable to make doc file view in iframe using this tutorials , html file and Doc file are in the same folder

doc file location : viewerjs/viewerjs-0.5.8/ViewerJS/9mujahed_Resume.doc
Doc is Unable to Load in Iframe How do i do it , what mistake i am doing .
