Page borders of PDFs are dissolved to full-window #66

When using WebODF 0.5.0 (8c617949079c258fa7e6bd9798683d74320cf221) the background of the window with PDFs is all white, the page border is no longer seen (in all modes normal, fullscreen, presentation): broken pdf page borders

ODT/ODP look alright, page border and dark background.
