Slideshows no longer show page numbers #125

After #38 ODPs no longer show page numbers.

Though the ones I tested with still do, page numbers, headers and footers all displayed (even more often than they should, as the page display-x attributes on them are not yet considered). But I have to confirm for the ckde.odp one, no page numbers, are axed somehow, no idea yet why that happens.
