Add Tweaks to beta-apps #13

Starting beta testing of Tweaks for use with the modified WOCE LunaSysMgr.

"Removed mojo code" - does this still work on webOS 1.4.5 devices?

Yes, so long as they have either the Maps update or Enyo 1.0 from Preware.

"MINWEBOSVERSION = 3.0.0" - this will remove Tweaks availability for webOS 1.4.5 and 2.x users. I cannot merge this as-is.

That was under advisement from ka6sox- I think the idea is for pre-3.x users to continue using the old version of Tweaks as the additions only affect 3.x/CE. Is there a way to do that?

We'll need to create a woce-beta feed, and put it in there.

Or alternatively, rename the new package to something else, so that both can be installed at the same time.

Is there a reason why this is not made a universal app that has both mojo and enyo, and the new stuff is just in the enyo part?

Done and done, I think everything should be in order now.
