Do you mean the files that are extracted from the IPK or configuration/cache/etc. data?
The configuration, etc, but exclude the cache by default.

I don't think there's really a standard for where that kind of data is stored.
Can you please add an option to backup the data (not .ipk, but the app data) of an installed app by pulling and compressing it? Note that web apps all store data in a single hidden app
