Describe the bug "Preparing LG Account" link points to a 404 not found

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Setup Developer Mode
  2. Go to 1st step "Prepare Developer Account"

  3. When clicking the "Preparing LG Account" link it points to a 404 not found

    webOS.Dev.Manager_1.12.5_x64_en-US
