Hi, what about trying ssh port 9922 with tools like PuTTY?
So I went out for a few hours.
Came back and thought I'd try one more time, connected straight away. No idea how or why. Changed nothing. Madness!
I have the same issue after I had to update the Dev mode app just now...
I think I have a similar issue, I get timeout for trying to install apps. Says "Please wait..." forever and then after a long time says it timed out. No other progress.
For me, the issue (probably) was that I have two LG TVs. Apparently you need a separate developer account for each. If you use the same developer account for both TVs, one will work and the other won't (or at least it seems that way).

I have the latest Developer app on my LG TV Latest webOS app on my windows pc.
I have developer mode on I have Key Server on
I have pinged the IP and it works I have gone to http://:9991/webos_rsa and am able to download the file
http://:3000 but it does not say hello world it just says "The connection was reset. The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."
I saw one tip that said unagreeing to the user agreements and restart. That didnt help.
I have turned of developer mode. uninstalled. restarted. re-installed and did all the steps again. Still nothing.
Not sure what the next step is, so any help would be great.

Edit: My pc is on wireless. I have tried my tv both on Ethernet and Wirless, makes no difference.
