Skip setup - use existing setup #249

Hi there :)

I have already setup my device and the UI of dev-manager-desktop does not let me choose an existing device.

I set it up with the CLI

Hi, this is a good idea. Dev manager uses config from the old @webosose/ares-cli. I'll need to think about how to be compatible with both.

Ahm, I think they are compatible? I used exactly the same settings, that I had already setup from the new Node based CLI, and your app was compatible.

In fact, it did not create a new profile, it simply listed my already established one. I think you have to only copy the settings over 1:1.
