Build image from Archlinux #6

I edited the ./scripts/prerequisite.sh file to setup the building environment using Archlinux.

Confirmed that works, both for webos-image and webos-image-devel.

@manhluong Thanks for your contribution and this is very useful information for archlinux developers. we officially support ubuntu 14.04 64bit but webOS OSE can build on 16.04 and 17.04 as well. :)

Any chances that you will also support Archlinux? I can make another version with a separate script instead of editing the existing one. :)

I'm sorry that we don't have plan to support archlinux officially but the webOS OSE can be built after installing some component in the HOST machine like your suggestion.

So this PR is really useful for archlinux users. Thanks a lot.
