Add libjemalloc2 and libtcmalloc-minimal4 to Dockerfile

This PR adds two malloc lib to Dockerfile, which allows user to switch between them:

• LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libjemalloc.so.2 will use jemalloc
• LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtcmalloc_minimal.so.4.5.6 will use tcmalloc
• If no LD_PRELOAD set, it will use Glibc malloc
