Better configuration

• Added default configuration that user can start WebP Server Go without supplying all the configs in JSON or ENV, for example, a valid config can written as below:

  "ENABLE_EXTRA_PARAMS": false
  }

• Added ENV support for starting WebP Server Go, reflecting to config.json's key with prefix WEBP_, for example:
  • WEBP_HOST
  • WEBP_PORT
  • WEBP_IMG_PATH
  • WEBP_IMG_MAP is not supported at this time
• Upgrade github.com/gofiber/fiber to 2.50.0
• Bump version to 0.10.1
