Update istanbul-instrumenter-loader to 3.3.0 #100

Updated to use latest instrumentor. New version makes slightly different output, which is why the snapshots are updated.

Requires updating as the old version doesn't support all modern js, and in addition doesn't allow cross compatability with up to date istanbul libraries.
