Improve docs links.

Currently the docs link is not pointing to Main_Page. That means when a person clicks this, they need to connect to the docs just to get a redirect to the home page for them. We should update this to go directly there. Easy enough.

But, is this going to then take effect across the rest of the system (such as the link in the docs) or is that code stored somewhere else?

I actually just found the answer to the docs area. In the wiki we'd need to update Webplatform.php in the skin.

So is there anywhere else we would need to edit for this to be the same on all the tools we use? (Most likely another one in TBG.)

I agree. I have this already in mind for performance improvements.

If you want to fix it yourself, just checkout this repo, the blog repo, and mediawiki's repo and make the change on a separate branch and point it out to me.

Its not in my current priorities, but I will eventually fold that in my workpile soon enough.
