[Feature]: Include identifying information in dialogs for editing metadata #1353

Context

Relates to https://github.com/webrecorder/browsertrix-cloud/issues/1323 and https://github.com/webrecorder/browsertrix-cloud/issues/1333

Which item am I editing the metadata for here?

What change would you like to see?

We should include at least the item title in this dialog, and probably also some other identifying info (e.g. date, size, created by).

Hey good catch!

I think the easiest solution here would be to make the name editable for crawls like we do for uploads? Not sure why we don't already... Probably in an effort to keep the names consistent to what they were when set by the workflow settings, but if people want to change them they shouldn't be barred from doing so I suppose!
