[Bug]: Collections delete dialog not showing content #2150

v1.12.0-6032e28

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?

Can't delete a collection from the list because the dialog content is empty. You can still delete a collection from the detail view.

Reproduction instructions

  1. Log in as crawler
  2. Go to Collections
  3. Click collection action menu -> Delete Collection. Observe that the dialog is shown without any content
