CDXJ #103

Add details about CDXJ to the WACZ specification or create a new GitHub repository for tracking that specification.

@ikreymer do you want me to create a new repository and set up the respec basics to get started?

After some discussion between me, @ikreymer and @jkunze we decided for the moment to inline CDXJ to ease the number of documents that need to be maintained. This should ease any efforts at standardization (e.g. IETF). We can always revisit later if there's a perceived need to have a separate spec for CDXJ.
