add rules for 'x.com' to match 'twitter.com'
js: fix location match to avoid -location
js: this rewrite fix prev char test, as actually starts with prev char
lowercase mime
rx: print error is rx group doesn't match number of rules
html: don't rewrite custom tags/web-components
test: update tests for location, this rewrite

bump wombat.js to 3.7.6 bump to 2.18.3
