The WACZ uploaded should use ipfs-composite-files to add the WACZ file:

The WARC file in the WACZ should be split along WARC record boundaries
Other files in the WACZ should be added as individual files for the WACZ dir structure.
The 'In-place' zip method should be used to create a WACZ from the directory
