Adding these libraries to 'noExternal', which then includes them in the bundled JS

add base32-encode to noExternal for node, fixes #65 (unsupported base32-encode in CJS)
add hash-wasm to noExternal for browser, fixes #67 (missing hash-wasm in browser)
