Fix workflow for 2017 site #4

This PR:

Fixes a few issues related to the current 2017 site.
Migrates the username and password in env vars.
Adds a little additional documentation
And tweaks one of two other things.

There might be more to come, but this gets it working again.

Glad to help. I'm haven't used the script for real yet, but will be giving it a go come March 15th as my Feb. 15th attempt to reserve a spot the old fashioned way (with my hands), did not work so well...
