Changes to webrtc stats
Automated results upload with FTP

Please write a brief description/change log for this PR.

Also, add to the README an explanation on how the FTP result upload work, and what parameters need to be added to the config file. Note as well if people can use it with their own FPT server or not, if yes, then how they should configure it and what to expect from uploaded file.
