Rearrange compatibility table #31

This PR returns the compatibility table row order to: least red, most green, alphabetical

I noticed one of the editors had done some groupings for the rows. This PR does not take into account any groupings as I do not know what they would be. I am not sure I understand why grouping is important. If we need to have both grouping and sorting we would need to change the grouped elements visually so that the grouped elements can be recognized by looking at the table.
