Scorecard score #73

This creates a simple average of how complete the scorecard is, and presents the score.

I also updated the watch file to serve a simple express app since the jade file was removed. Did this because resources doesn't load when served from file:// url.

Cool. Makes me wish each browser had a % scrore as well, for friendly competition.

i'm not really sure this is useful given that the features are somewhat arbitrary I want to replace all this by a simple "yes" but... it seems some people find this page useful

@fippo /shrug - it's more for fun anyway. I thought since this page does provide a list of browsers and features deemed important, showing at a quick glance how many are complete would just be sugar. No harm in any case, right?

@xdumaine can we add .357 to whatever number is calculated then? To make this more scientific ;-)

one additional change: can you move it below the table? Actually interested to see if people will include it in their slides or not
