Hi,
Thank you for sending this over.
Matrixrates follows standard Magento translations. Please make sure that the translation file is present for order admin.
Thanks, ShipperHQ Support
Hi, @shqsupport , In MatrixRate folder there is a folder i18n where I have two files el_GR.csv and en_US.csv. The translations included in the el_GR.csv work correctly in the frontend. But in backend in admin order edit are not applied. Do I need to create a new file? Why are duplicate translations necessary and where should I put this file? In the other hand, the default "free shipping" method from magento is correctly translated in admin order edit as you see in my screenshots above.
Hi @cptX,
Understood, we no longer support MatrixRates. It is provided as-is and we don’t provide setup or configuration support for it. That said, we assume the admin would be translated by whatever language the admin is in. We advise testing it in M2 table rates and see if it works there. If it does not then it will not work on the extension.
We do offer a wide selection of documentation that should help you answer your questions, and those can be found here:

Hi, I have the issue when I want to edit an order the options of matrixrate are not translated. Then when finishing the edit the email is sent to the customer without translation, which can be a big problem.
The options in the frontend are correctly translated, only in admin order edit are not translated.
