Shipping methods not working on applying coupons #131

Hi, we are facing an issue on our live shop that we are unable to get the correct shipping rates when we apply any discount coupon. Below are some information about our environment : Magento Version : 2.4.7-P2 (Adobe Commerce Cloud) Extension Version: 20.4.6 Attached CSV that we are using for our USA country : matrixrates.csv

Attached video for your reference that we were able to reproduce in Vanilla Magento environment : Checkout.webm

So in the video, I have configured the same matrix rates as attached above and also configured the Native Magento's Table rate(with same conditions) for reference. If the cart total is below 39.99, than shipping rate 5.99 should apply, else it should be free shipping. The discount code is just simply configured fixed amount without any specific condition/action. It can be seen in the video that Table rates updating the shipping amount as expected, but Matrix Rates doesn't update them.

Please let us know if a patch is already available as the issue is affecting our promotional campaigns.

The feature you are looking for "Discounted Prices" is supported on ShipperHQ for Magento! It is not supported on MatrixRates.

As a free extension, MatrixRates is provided as-is and we don’t provide setup or configuration support for it.

Thanks for the quick response.

But then, this ShipperHQ extension doesn't supports Matrix Rates, right? As in, "Country/Zip Code vs Order Subtotal" specific shipping rates, like it used to do in Matrix Rates?
