Can we download the survey results? #11

Ivan, is there a way to download the survey questions and/or questions and results in a concise format? I'd like to include the questions as an appendix in the paper. If not, I'll just re-type them out. Thanks!

I just figured out we need to have a professional plan to export result to spreadsheet. For what reason do we need spreadsheet? If we are going to put that in appendix, we can embed pdf version

I don't need a spreadsheet- just wanted the questions. PDF works fine too.
