I don't think that's gonna be possible. Many users want the Sketch Team to finally allow text overwriting with several lines in symbols. And that then everything automatically shifts downwards. A very long-standing desire ...

Travis Folck of Ignite (WalMart labs) has already solved this. The text in your symbol isn't adaptable and doesn't allow for more than 5 characters in the label.
