How does generating tables work now? #84

I just upgraded to version 2.0 of the plugin and I can't figure out how to generate tables now. It was my most used feature of the previous version of the plugin. I have Sketch 52.6 and OSX 10.13.6. I also tried it on an older machine and got the same thing. All I see are the following menu items:

I think those features are removed.

Why? This seemed to be such a helpful feature. :(

Apparently after each breaking changes in SketchApp then this plugin need updating. So I guess it takes time to have all old features again

Yep tables is the only reason I downloaded the plugin :(
