Update e2e tests documentation with enabled local feature tar setup

E2e tests local configuration and execution documentation.

Description

For testing purposes we run CMS instance from Sling Feature Model with Segment Node Store.

Motivation and Context

• simplify local e2e verification
• no Docker dependency
• use Segment node store (TAR) in local e2e tests
• better developer experience

Types of changes
