Problem with windows installer package - Error message #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I chose to install the site map, with auto submission disabled
2. the installation could complete and I received the message -see
attachment - "Problem with windows installer package. a program run as part
of the setup did not finish as expected..."

I used the sitemap_win-beta1-20090225.msi  Installer for Windows with
IIS6/IIS7 

I'm using windows vista home edition

does anyone has an idea how to solve this problem?

I have exactly the same error on Windows 2008 server 64 bit with IIS 7.
Would be great to have it resolved.

Have a look at Issue 90. The solution there fixed it for me.
