Heading elements for different definitions of the same word display incorrectly!! #2

I have encountered a visual issue: sometimes there is no line break before a heading. Please have a look at the following photo (this issue also happens when I look for very common words):

I reckon that the class selector .q+.hw:before does nothing if the following heading is the start of a new definition entry of the same word. I have messed around with the CSS file but found no solution. Can you have a look?

Is this still happening with recent builds of the dictionary?
