This incorporates @myobie’s fixes from #6, and expands on them:

Fix a syntax error that causes #7
Clean up the README for readability
Add prerequisites to the README
Add missing instructions to the README to finish building the .dict files & install them
Drop using a fork of cheerio.js in favor of the current community version
