Adding HTTPS URL option #22

HTTPS operates through a proxy, making it a useful option for operating on more restrictive networks.

@bcg62 With no new commits to this project in 2 years, I rather doubt it.

I recommend using Gem Bundler with a Git dependency instead. Make your own fork, merge this patch (and any of the other pending pull-requests you might need) and specify the repo with :git.
