Just playing around with this and found this part a little confusing: Command is knife cookbook github ..., but category is listed under "cookbook site", so running knife cookbook --help doesn't make the help text show up as some might expect. I'm guessing knife cookbook site github install seemed too long, but just thought I'd point out that it may be a tiny bit confusing for some.
