SSRF Error and UDP not #504

What version of this package are you using? 11.0.0 What operating system, Node.js, and npm version? Windows 11. Node 18.17.0. NPM 10.2.0 What happened? I created a torrent to test out the server. I add the torrent to be seeded and the torrent tracker says 'blocked by SSRF mitgation' What did you expect to happen? The tracker to work and not block due to SSRF Are you willing to submit a pull request to fix this bug? I don't know how the problem happens, but sure.
